Happy Wednesday...on a side note.  A well loved Hip Hop Artist Heavy D passed away yesterday at age 44.  I'm saying this because our HEALTH is our life.  So don't just think about WLS about losing WEIGHT...it's so much more.  Know your NUMBERS (chlosterol, blood pressure, blood sugar etc).  This is the REST of your LIFE we are talking about...remember that!!

B:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/4 Cup Pineapple

D - 5 oz. Beef Stew
S - 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
S - 2 oz. Cashews
S - 4 oz. Latte

Water - Need More
Vitamins - 2 Gummy Vites, 1 B-12 Sublingual

6 oz. water
2 oz. fat free milk
1 Starbucks Via
1 Equal.

Heat the milk and water.
Pour over Starbucks Via and Equal.
Use milk frother from Ikea to make great foam.

I started making the Lattes using 8 oz. of milk but found it tastes the same if I substitute water for some of the milk. Sn - 1 scoop choc Unjury w/ 1/4 c skim milk plus an 1 tsp instant coffee
L - prob 2T refried beans with 1 T cheese and salsa 

Water - not good :( only 24 oz so far
Vits - MVI, iron, Vit C, B12, probiotic - will get Vit D, Mg, Ca this afternoon

Was shocked to hear Heavy D passed away have been listening to him all morning.  Though he had lost some weight I read that he weighed 344 lbs (6'4") which is a lot of weight.  RIP Heavy D.

Lunch:  Country Cabbage Beef Stew
Dinner:  Cucumber slices with babybell cheese and Italian deli meat
Supper:  Country Cabbage Beef Stew

Water:  Nada so far.  I'm terrible a****er first thing in the morning.  I'll fit it in at work.
Vitamins:  I ate my caramel calcium chews (they're so yummy!)
Exercise:  Again, terrible.
